What packing is being quoted?
Which version of each piece is included, and how will it be packed? Ask for the package count, packed dimensions with units such as cm or mm, and gross weight in kg. Keep these separate from the furniture dimensions used for room planning. Confirm whether any additional packing is part of the agreed quotation.

Which transport arrangements are included?
Who is arranging the transport: RISEON CASA or your own forwarder? Compare the same furniture list, destination and route. Check the transport stages and any insurance agreed in the quotation. Share your preferred arrival date, then distinguish that preference from the schedule confirmed for your order. Keep production time separate from international transport, customs clearance and local delivery when reviewing the schedule.

How are destination charges covered?
Check how customs clearance, applicable duties and taxes, and local destination charges are covered by your agreed service. Which party handles each step? Identify any separately agreed charges or information you need to provide. Compare those details with the total, including when using your own forwarder.

Where does delivery end?
Is the agreed delivery point a port, a street address or a room inside your home? Record the exact destination and endpoint in the quotation. Confirm who receives the furniture and how the delivery appointment is arranged. If the address or endpoint changes, ask for the revised scope.

What does moving in and installation involve?
Match unloading, indoor handling and installation to the services agreed for your order. Share relevant stairs, lift availability, doorway measurements and access restrictions before arrangements are confirmed. Use clear measurement units. Identify any special handling needed and confirm its agreed scope alongside the other delivery details.
